There are times when thoughts, feelings and circumstances can become difficult to manage on your own. You many be experiencing, anxiety, persistent overthinking, low mood or difficulties in your relationships. You may understand what is troubling you but still find yourself repeating the same patterns.
At other times, it can feel that something isn't right and you are unsure why.
You may be overwhelmed and struggling to function. You may be experiencing times of hopelessness.
Talking with an experienced therapist can provide the space to understand what is happening and begin to approach things differently.
I am Malcolm Kennedy, an experienced BACP- accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in Tunbridge Wells. I work with adults and adolescents, providing a confidential and non-judgemental environment in which we can explore the difficulties you are experiencing.
